Type Design: Get Familiar Mag 02
Get Familiar is a print magazine that publishes timeless and thought-provoking content, exploring the intersection between Hip-Hop and the world around us. Without requiring, you to be a fan of the music, the interviews tell universal stories of global tastemakers active in a wide range of industries.
For this issue, I created the type design for the cover. With a soft ode to old-school Hip-Hop and a mix of calligraphy, it works well with the brush strokes on the cover and color palette.
